01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or making any investment through Harrington Realty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Harrington Realty. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To use Harrington Realty, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform;
• Complete any identity verification requirements (KYC) we may reasonably request.

03 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach;
• Not share your account with any third party;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times;
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

04 KYC & Verification

To comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and other regulatory requirements, we may require you to submit identity verification documents before allowing certain activities on the Platform.

You agree to:

• Submit genuine, current, and unaltered documents;
• Complete verification within any timeframe we reasonably specify;
• Promptly update your KYC information if it changes.

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction that fails our internal verification checks. In some cases, KYC is required before you can invest, deposit, or withdraw.

05 Investments

Harrington Realty provides access to curated real estate investment opportunities. All investments are subject to the terms of the specific plan or offering, which will be disclosed before you commit funds.

5.1 Investment Process

• You must have sufficient funds in your account balance to make an investment;
• Once confirmed, an investment is deducted from your balance and locked for the duration of the plan;
• Expected returns are disclosed upfront but are not guaranteed;
• Payouts are made according to the schedule stated on each plan.

5.2 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All information is provided for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating any investment and should seek independent professional advice if needed.

5.3 Past Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any statistics, ROI figures, or example returns shown on the Platform are illustrative only and do not represent a guarantee of future performance.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to manual review by our team, and may be subject to processing fees as disclosed on the relevant payment or withdrawal method.

• Deposits: Once submitted, deposits are reviewed and typically credited within 24 hours on business days. Funds credited only reflect confirmed payments.
• Withdrawals: Requests are reviewed and processed in the order received. We may require additional verification before approving a withdrawal.
• Minimums: Minimum amounts may apply per method (e.g., a $500 minimum for withdrawals).
• Fees: A percentage fee may apply to withdrawals, as disclosed at the time of request.
• Reversals: Rejected withdrawals are refunded to your account balance.

07 Risk Disclosure

Real estate and related investments involve risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Property values can go up or down, and may lose value;
• Rental income and projected yields are not guaranteed;
• Investments may be illiquid — you may not be able to exit early;
• Regulatory, tax, or market conditions may change;
• You could lose some or all of the capital you invest.

08 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform without permission;
• Copy, resell, or redistribute Platform content without written consent;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Attempt to manipulate investments, payouts, or referral systems;
• Circumvent any geographic, KYC, or account restriction.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code — is the property of Harrington Realty or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harrington Realty shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Investment losses, including loss of capital;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform;
• Any act or omission of third parties (including banks, payment processors, or crypto networks).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have invested in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Any pending investments will continue to run per their terms, and any remaining balance will be returned subject to verification and any applicable fees.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Harrington Realty is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
